National SPRING MEET
Cincinnati, Ohio - June 2010
What do do you do at a Jeepster Meet? A group of members check UNDER THE HOOD!
* While at the hotel, your web master checked email, and was contacted by a local Cincinnati woman who drove a Jeepster when they were new... She was able to visit, and look at some of the cars... "It brought back such wonderful memories of my 'Jenny the Jeepster'..." she said! LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT.... IT LASTS FOREVER !
This is a phrase coined by former News Editor and WOJC PIONEER Jay Sherwin, and it sums up our feelings for the JEEPSTER! Built by Willys-Overland at Toledo, Ohio from '48-'50 and titled as '48s-'51s only 19,131 units were ever produced! If you just can't get over this beautiful little car, own one ( or two ) or just want to be part of a great club, made up of wonderful people interested in the preservation, and use of this model vehicle.... JOIN THE CLUB!!!

WORK IN PROGRESS: Jim Sommer, checks out Bob Rinsky's '48 Jeepster which he is restoring, and is powered with a Willys Industial Engine from a Generator! We'll do whatever we need to to KEEP THE JEEPSTERS ROLLING!
